About the Role:
We are seeking an ICT Leader who will lead a team of senior technologists and subject matter experts to ensure the CIO's vision for Corporate Technology and Operational Technology are implemented and that all deviations are appropriately managed.
The ICT engineering team delivers on roadmap, design, and implementation of complex systems and platforms and is also accountable for ongoing enhancements and automation within our ICT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement a program of maturity improvements needed to support IT in a corporate environment.
* Support CI&SO in development of ICT and OT technology strategy.
* Co-responsible for performance of ICT environments.
* Lead a team of senior technologists and be accountable for performance of that team.
* Develop and monitor relevant performance metrics for CDC environments.
* Develop and manage financial budget relevant to your area of responsibility.
* Support IT management tasks related to procurement and IT asset management.
* Perform business analysis translating stakeholders business requirements into technical ones.
* Responsible for forecasting team personnel needs and hiring personnel in line with approved processes.
* Work collaboratively with peers and business stakeholders on achieving key business objectives through technology optimization.
* Develop a relationship as a trusted technology advisor with key business stakeholders.
* Design and manage a program of maturity improvements needed to support IT Infrastructure, Including End User environment.
* Develop and maintain professional management relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Design and lead the implementation and integration of complex ICT and OT solutions.
* Document and maintain solution documentation set.
* Ensure the compliance of the team's solutions with CDC's design guidelines.
* Ensure the compliance of the team's solutions with CDC's policies and standards.
* Work collaboratively with the CI&SO to ensure an ongoing resilient Cyber Security architecture and methodology that adapts and adjusts to the continually evolving threat landscape.
* Ensure ongoing assessment and adoption of strategic technical evolutions that drive the productivity, efficiency and operability of the CDC.
* Lead the Infrastructure team with the maintenance, deployment and configuration of CDC's extensive VMware, Windows, and Dell architectures.
* Manage and maintain As Built and detailed design documentation relating to CDC's core solutions.
About You:
* 10+ years in technical roles, IT Infrastructure Background preferred.
* 5+ years in management roles, leading senior IT contributors.
* Demonstrable history of developing and delivering on technology strategy.
* Understanding of emerging trends and best practice in ICT.
* Experience in developing and managing budgets and risk mitigation.
* Experience in complex vendor and stakeholder management.
