**Job Title:** Associate Director, Business Finance Partnering
**Location:** Adelaide, SA Health
Overview
The Department for Health and Wellbeing – Corporate and Infrastructure – Procurement Supply Chain & Finance (PSCF) is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Business Finance Partnering to lead the delivery of advisory finance support functions and project accounting services.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in accounting, economics, or related financial/business management field
* Demonstrated ability to undertake complex, high-level financial research and analysis
* Extensive experience in strategic management of financial resources, undertaking financial business analysis, developing financial strategies, and providing concise written executive financial reports
* Significant experience in effective development, implementation, and management of a large complex organisational budget and forecasting within a framework of critical corporate objectives
Responsibilities
You will:
* Provide advice and direction that supports decision making in line with service objectives
* Develop strategies to support financial performance management, reporting, and analysis
* Undertake a variety of activities including but not limited to: Providing critical and appropriate capital investing financial information and policy advice to key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring quality management processes are embedded in routine management practice, leading, developing, and fostering a positive work culture, and undertaking budget development and forecasting
