Reporting to the CEO, you'll focus on executing a marketing plan developed by an external supplier while leading a small team, including a remote Marketing Assistant and a Graphic Designer.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a part-time Marketing Assistant and Graphic Designer, fostering collaboration and growth.Marketing Execution: Implement the existing marketing plan, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.Digital Marketing: Manage and optimise digital campaigns, website updates, and lead generation efforts to support sales teams.Content Creation & Comms: Draft marketing communications, assist in PR initiatives, and support event management.To Be SuccessfulSuccess in this role requires a strong track record of executing marketing plans across various channels paired with the readiness to take on leadership responsibilities.
