To help us with our mission, we are currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand / Sub Foreman who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the development and construction industry.
The Opportunity This role is for a motivated and skilled Leading Hand / Sub Foreman who will oversee and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their work aligns with agreed scopes, specifications, designs, and contracts. This key role works closely with the Site Manager and requires a proactive individual with the ability to exercise initiative and judgment to maintain the highest standards in safety, quality, scheduling, cost management, and environmental care.
Skills and Experience Cert 3 or 4/Trade in Carpentry or TAFE Building Diploma. Proficiency in MS Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, and associated software. Working knowledge of the Building Code of Australia, Security of Payments Act, WHS Act/Regulations, and Codes of Practice. Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
