Administration Officer - Workforce Development Permanent Part Time 48hrs per fortnight - FTE. 6 Additional hours will be available to provide leave relief as required. Hesse Rural Health is a key integrated rural health care provider located within the three local government areas of Surf Coast, Colac Otway and Golden Plains. The organisation provides a broad range of services which include: Aged Residential including Dementia Specific Care, Sub-Acute Hospital, Urgent Care, Community Health, Health Promotion, District Nursing, Allied Health, Palliative Care, Home Care Packages and Planned Activity Groups. Services operate from sites at Winchelsea, Beeac, Rokewood and Bannockburn. Hesse provides a community based, multi-disciplinary team approach to the identified health needs of the population and aims to promote the wellbeing of the rural community it serves.The People and Culture Administration Assistant role provides confidential administrative duties to support Hesse's People and Culture function. Supporting staff training, development and student placement.Key Selection Criteria A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline would be preferable, and/or experience in payroll, rostering, human resources or learning and development functions.Well-developed written skills with attention to detail.Confident verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing strong customer service whilst demonstrating the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism and diplomacy.Highly developed administrative skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software and ability to learn new computer-based systems.
