The Role
We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to:
Providing a high standard of customer service
Processing guest check-ins and outs
Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
Completing the day-to-day office administration
Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests
What we look for
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or similar reservation system
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
Current drivers licence essential
