About the role
Are you an experienced and professional executive officer who thrives in a busy and dynamic work environment? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our executive support team.
As an executive officer, you will be responsible for providing secretarial, administrative, and project support services to an executive director. You will need to be a master of multi-tasking, always staying one step ahead of your executive and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
The role includes
5. email and diary management
6. organising travel and other related items
7. meeting preparation, coordination and follow up of action items
8. reviewing and progressing correspondence
9. document, file and information system maintenance
10. developing presentations, briefings and local communications
11. being a contact point for internal and external staff and stakeholders
12. coordination of the executive director’s office
13. working on minor projects

Essential Requirements
18. Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
19. Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
