As our Sales Representative, you'll be the go-to expert promoting our client's high-quality oil products to mechanics and aftermarket trade businesses.
About the Role: Expand your customer base, build strong relationships, and keep clients coming back with your savvy sales approach and product expertise in the Automotive Oil & Lubrication industry!
Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales Success – Hit targets and grow accounts in your territory.
Win New Business – Prospect and secure new customers to expand the client base.
Develop Expertise – Continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
Provide Support – Deliver sales and technical support to customers.
Collaborate for Growth – Work with Client Managers & Technical BDMs to maximise Key Account performance.
Build Customer Loyalty – Strengthen relationships while uncovering new opportunities.
About You: Industry Experience: Previous sales or retail customer service experience in automotive oil, lubrication, or aftermarket trade is a plus.
Relationship Builder: A people person with a knack for connecting and building trust.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, email, and CRM systems.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong time management and planning skills.
Self-Motivated: A driven self-starter who thrives under pressure.
On the Road: Valid Australian driver's license and a reliable car.
