Are you an experienced Administrator? We are taking expressions of interest to work across a number of roles on the Gold Coast. Both short term temporary and permanent positions are available.
Key responsibilities -
* General administration duties including answering incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and redirecting them to the appropriate departments
* Schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
* Provide administrative support including data entry, file management, and documentation
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed
* Manage office supplies inventory and ensure the office environment is well-maintained
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Reliable and strong initiative
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
* Commitment to high quality work and growth
