Megan Middleton Conveyancing is looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join our friendly, social, all-woman team. Our office, in the industrial estate of Byron, is in the hub of the commercial world.
The successful applicant will be required to:
1. Provide conveyancing services to clients, including the preparation of transfer documents, settlement coordination, and liaising with external stakeholders.
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws, regulations, and internal policies.
3. Maintain accurate client records and files.
4. Provide high-quality customer service and manage client relationships.
5. Assist with the completion of other legal and administrative tasks as required.

1. Thorough understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.
2. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, and other professionals.
3. Excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
