You'll directly assist the state Managing Director and form a key cog in the APAC HR team, continuing to build and retain a culture of strong, positive, and motivated team members, providing HR related support and advice to a broad range of stakeholders across WA and QLD sites. Come with great experience in a Generalist role as an Advisor, HR BP, or People and Culture partner for 4 years or more. Hold relevant qualifications in Human Resources/Business or related discipline. Come from industries employing a complement of white and blue collar workforce including warehousing, transport, import/export, manufacturing, or construction industries or similar. Proficient with HR systems and platforms to produce reporting and ability to optimize data.
