We are looking for:
* Demonstrated experience in the cabinet making industry or a similar external sale role.
* Knowledge of the building industry and working within a business with a broad and complex product range.
* Customer focused style and a relationship driven approach in influencing key stakeholders.
* Outstanding time management capabilities with the ability to manage numerous tasks at one time.
* Intermediate computer skills coupled with previous experience in analysing data and providing reports when required.
* Proven problem-solving skills and negotiation capabilities in achieving sales outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate closely with QLD Sales Managers and Residential & Primary Demand teams to develop accounts and implement national residential sales strategies, tactics, and activations.
Manage and grow relationships with key cabinet makers, developing and executing account plans for each key account.
Implement strategies within states and regions, leading buying group initiatives and growth activities.
What GREAT looks like:
* Develop partnerships that support our short, medium, and long-term product launch strategies.
* Lead the strategic design and execution of account plans for major cabinet maker accounts aligned with the New Residential Builder Channel.
* Actively engage and collaborate with Residential Builder BDMs.
* Identify key contacts and decision-makers, making significant progress in developing strong business relationships by demonstrating value.
* Exhibit a customer-first mindset in key account management.
* Measure success through key KPIs, including Residential Segment Sales Revenue, GP%, Price Effectiveness, and growing share of wallet.
