This is an opportunity to join the Vinnies team as our Margaret River Assistant Retail Manager. You’ll be working with thrifted fashion, visual merchandising and making a difference, with all Vinnies shop profits crucial in funding our support for over 55,000 West Australians every year.

About the position:
* Full-time position, working Tuesday to Saturday (76 hours per fortnight)
* Curating fashion for a personalised experience in our vibrant Margaret River store
* Recruiting, training and supporting a dedicated team of Volunteers
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Supporting the Retail Manager to achieve exceptional outcomes for the store
* Processing high volumes of donated stock
What you need:
* Minimum 2 years Retail Management experience with a strong focus on inventory and store presentation
* Proven retail fashion sales experience with a drive to succeed and achieve results
* Demonstrated understanding of stock control management
* Excellent communication skills with a large range of stakeholders
* Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations; a strong can-do and hands-on approach to work
* An ability to foster a positive team spirit and lead by example; inspiring action and passion for our greater Vinnies Mission
