Lead and mentor a team of payroll officers to maximise productivity and minimise errors. Oversee payroll operations, including payroll processing, charging clients, and resolving discrepancies. Maintain up-to-date employee records, including changes in address, salary levels, and compliance with regulations. Provide subject matter expertise on payroll issues to management and employees. Address employee inquiries in a timely and knowledgeable manner. Prepare for regular audits and assist with any queries raised. Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications Extensive experience in payroll management and compliance. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proficiency in payroll systems (experience with FastTrack is a plus). Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Strong analytical skills for resolving discrepancies and conducting payroll audits.
