Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and streamline hospital administration and operational functions.
* Manage finance, human resources, facility management, and other non-clinical areas.
Strategic Goals:
* Drive business strategies to achieve hospital objectives.
* Provide financial reporting to support strategic goals.
Leadership Collaboration:
* Work with JCU leaders and the Board of Directors to implement strategies.
* Coordinate quarterly board reports.
Customer Service:
* Ensure high-quality service delivery at reception.
* Foster a positive experience for patients and clients.
Human Resources:
* Manage recruitment, payroll, WHS, and employee development initiatives.
Marketing and Community Engagement:
* Promote JCU Vet's services.
* Build relationships with community partners.
* Oversee marketing efforts.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or related field.
* Proven experience in operational management, financial administration, and people leadership.
