A traditional and exciting hotel that boasts multiple bar and dining areas, a state of the art Sports Bar and great function facilities.What You’ll DoBe a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every timeManage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guestsBring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guestsBe creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiativesWhat You’ll NeedStrong customer focus with the ability to get to know our locals and what they loveOutstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire & develop your team to provide exceptional experiencesProven experience running or assisting in the running of a multifaceted venueAbility to use financial and business acumen coupled with operational experience to effectively deliver the venues operational targets and visionStrong planning, organisational and problem solving skills including working in a matrix organisationIndustry licences and accreditation i.e. gaming licence, RSA/RSG/RCG, wagering accreditation.
