What you’ll do Originate multi-currency bond transactions for existing and potential ING clients, and drive execution on mandated transactions Independently co-ordinate marketing efforts and lead execution from mandate to close Manage external client relationship as senior originator / deal principal Provide clients with regular write-ups of key macroeconomic developments as well as primary and secondary debt capital market flows as well as translating all of this into funding recommendations and relevant pricing indications (in the form of pitch books and / or regular market & pricing updates or else) Responsible for entire relevant approval processes, including CDD/KYC What we’re looking for Ideally 7 years of relevant and direct DCM (origination) experience Related tertiary degree or industry qualification Solid expertise in structuring and advising clients regarding their capital structure and finance solutions Proven experience in Non-Financial Risk frameworks and reviewing finance documentation Previous experience in credit/lending focused areas What’s in it for you?
