Your responsibilities will include:Actively managing the contract administration of the Shire's contracts including term contracts and pre-qualified supplier panel arrangements, including coordinating annual reviews and pricing adjustments, KPI assessments, contract extensions, and contract close-out processes.Assisting the Senior Procurement and Contract Advisor with annual contract reviews and post-contract close-out processes involving internal and external stakeholders and suppliers, while communicating lessons learned to the Procurement Team.Resolving contract-related conflicts in line with appropriate guidelines as they arise.Familiarization with the Shire's suite of contracts in order to assist both internal and external stakeholders, as well as suppliers, with clarifications concerning the Shire's contracts.Reviewing contract variations for appropriateness and compliance.Actively maintaining the Shire's contract management software and maintaining accurate contract records.Minimum RequirementsFormal Business Administration Qualifications (minimum certificate IV level) or relevant industry experience, current unrestricted WA Manual "C" Class Driver's Licence are essential for this role.
