Position Overview The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a café or restaurant setting. You should be efficient, personable, and enjoy interacting with customers. Additionally, you will excel in crafting delicious coffees and serve as a role model for our café team, showcasing strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a similar environmentProven track record of outstanding customer serviceCurrent QLD RSA certification and a solid understanding of relevant legislationFood Safety Certification (preferred)Barista training (preferred)Proficient in all aspects of food and beverage service, skills, and procedures.Why Join us?
