We are looking for an experienced and motivated Design Consultant to work Saturday's and Sundays', whose expert advice and guidance will provide a personalised and professional service. Your passion and natural creative mind will empower the creation of unique homes that exceed our customer's expectations. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Provide information to clients enabling them to make informed selections on all fitting and fixture choices for the internal and external areas of their home Contribute to the sales process by providing advice to clients Maintain an up to date knowledge of Carlisle house types, displays, facades, promotions and standard inclusions to ensure clients receive informed and accurate information Ensure the showroom is kept up to date with current stock and presentable at all times Manage and resolve all queries with all internal and external client queries To be successful, you will possess: Ideally qualifications in Interior Design or equivalent Ability to interpret plans, elevation drawings and sales paperwork Sound knowledge of current trends in interior design, housing and fashion Ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks at once Ability to provide exceptional customer service Strong attention to detail Well-developed communication skills and numerical skills Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database Carlisle perks As a named Great Place to Work (not once, but three times) our commitment to making life better for our people speaks for itself.
