What you’ll do
4. Drive the development and execution of our brand strategy to enhance brand preference
5. Provide strategic thought leadership to developing brand programs that are innovative, differentiating, meaningful and relevant for our family customers.
6. Partner & collaborate with Communications & cross-functional teams (including Group Strategy, Commercial, Store Format, Group Next Gen team, Digital, Retail ops) to deliver an impactful Brand strategy & experiences, ensuring balance of customer centric and business priorities
7. Lead the development and implementation of integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns
8. Mentor and coach the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
9. Make informed decisions based on customer insights, data led market trends, and key performance indicators to continually refine and improve the customer experience and stay abreast of industry trends, relevant effectiveness techniques and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
What you’ll bring
10. Previous experience as a Brand Strategy Manager for a successful customer-centric brand
11. A thought leadership with strong influencing skills to generate support for new opportunities
12. Bravery to try new things, thinking outside the box to deliver brand centric customer experiences
13. A strategic, creative and innovative thinking with strong leadership skills to drive brand experience
14. Previous experience as a known and trusted business partner in a fast-paced environment
15. Strong team leadership; building and developing highly engaged teams who perform at their best through coaching, development and feedback.
16. Analytical insight; measurement and impact of data to show the business results of strategic marketing efforts
