Gold Fields Australia 2026 Graduate Program
We are now accepting applications for our 2026 Graduate Program, to commence in early 2026. With a diverse portfolio of underground and open pits across Gold Fields in Australia, you will have the opportunity to build highly sought-after skills in one of Australia's most prosperous gold regions.

To be successful in your application, you will need:
* To be due to complete your Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety at the end of 2025 (or have completed within the last 12 months)
* To have a current C Class manual drivers licence, or the ability to obtain one prior to the commencement of the Graduate Program early 2026
* To have strong verbal and written communication skills
* To be a problem solver and innovative thinker
* To have an advantage if you have completed prior vacation work within the mining industry
* To have working rights to live and work in Australia with no visa restrictions
* To be able to submit a copy of your Academic Transcript when you apply
