We are looking for someone to start ASAP on a 6-month contract. About the Role Customer Support : Assist customers in-person and over the phone, resolving inquiries and issues. Administrative Tasks : Handle data entry and manage documentation. System Use : Learn and use specific software to process customer requests. Communication : Maintain professional communication via email, phone, and in-person. Compliance : Follow internal policies and procedures. Adaptability : Quickly learn new systems and processes. Initial Full-time Training (Monday-Friday) - 35 Hours pw About You 2-3 years of Customer Service Experience Demonstrated experience maintaining a consistent and high standard of administrative support. Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. The successful contractors will take part in a full time (35 hours per week) training and nesting for approximately 10 - 12 weeks. After the nesting period they will revert to their contracted hours.
