What's the role?
We have a lifestyle change position within Newscorp publishers of the Townsville Bulletin. A position has become available within the Reliability Team where we are seeking a Mechanical Fitter to be based at our Townsville print production facility. This modern facility has been expanded with a $50m upgrade including installation of the largest colour capacity press in Queensland.
You will be working in a progressive work environment where we offer a supportive culture and opportunities to expand your skill set and allow you to perform at your best. Your training will be enhanced with specific industry skills including vibration analysis and pneumatic training. You will participate within a team of highly skilled professional Fitters, Electricians, Printers, Publishers and Production personnel.
Who are you?

2. Well-developed communication skills
3. Exceptional diagnostic & problem-solving skills
4. Trade Certificate in Fitting & Turning
5. Experience in Manufacturing process Work would be advantageous
6. Computer skills
