The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to maintain and repair Komatsu equipment whilst ensuring the highest quality of work, performance, and availability.
Responsibilities include performing maintenance, servicing and repairs, component rebuilds, sourcing parts, completing service documentation, and adhering to safety protocols.
Roster: Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: $41.83 + (depending on experience)
Role Located: Gladstone Branch

What we are looking for:
* Relevant trade qualification (e.g., Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle Mechanic).
* Experience working on heavy machinery, preferably Komatsu equipment.
* Strong diagnostic skills, including experience with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
* Ability to perform component rebuilds with high attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong commitment to safety and quality.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair Komatsu equipment in the workshop.
* Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing.
* Carry out component rebuilds, including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
* Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental standards.
* Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.
* Provide excellent customer service by working closely with clients to resolve their equipment needs.
