The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with experience in sales and a deep understanding of the exhibition industry.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, outlining targets, strategies, and timelines.Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively pursuing leads and converting them into profitable partnerships.Manages acquisition of clients and client retentionMap potential customers and generate leadsCreates and implements sales processes and lead generation processesCreates training modules for the sales teamFacilitates Sales training / Departmental training of new staffHandles escalations and recovery of clientsAssist in managing CRM System to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data recorded by the sales teamEstablish and maintain effective customer relationshipsDrives KPI and targets for the teams, working with the teams to hit and exceed their targetsResearch customer segments, clients, and strategies to increase qualified leads.Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving sales targets.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practicesKey Skills:Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.More than 5 years of experience in Business Development.Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Exceptional time management skills and organisational skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.Has extensive experience B2B Sales Experience.Desire for continuous growth and development.Experience with expo, events and marketing is an advantage.
