Lendlease is searching for a Quality Manager to join our Victorian Construction Team, working on Melton Hospital project.
Reporting to the Construction manager, the role will focus on working with the project team, to manage the quality functions for the project and assist the project team in ensuring the works meet the specified quality requirements and follow the management system requirements.
Some of your key responsibilities are:Producing and managing the Project Quality Control Master schedule and ensure submissions align with the requirements of the scheduleReview business CiDD requirements and ensure consultant team and trade contractors are adhering to the latest requirementsManage the 3rd party inspection process on site as requiredManage the trade contractor submissions scheduleImplement and monitor Lendlease internal quality control processesTo be successful you will need:Relevant experience in Quality Management systems, practice and support rolesExperience on large scale $100m commercial construction projectsHealthcare project experience preferredDemonstrated meticulous attention to detail in managing qualityImplemented processes, and the ability to continuously evaluate and refine a clearly communicated processExcellent time management skills and strong planning and prioritisation abilitiesAbout LendleaseWith a national delivery capability, combined with a sector-focused approach, Lendlease provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design and construction services driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience.
