Disability Support Practitioner - CasualWe are looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Accommodation team, on a Casual basis.We are looking to grow the team and are recruiting 3 new team members for location across the Northern Beaches!
There are morning, day, evening and night shifts available - it will depend on what you are looking for and the flexibility you need - apply now.This service operates 24x7.
You will need to be available for 3-4 days (20 hours minimum) for coverage over a variety of morning, afternoon and overnight 'waking shifts'.
We can consider local candidates to the Northern Beaches/North Shore and surrounding areas.About the roleYour role centers on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively drive their own decisions and goals.Delivering personalised support in a group home setting.Assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication and manual handling.Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community.Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent.Supporting clients with transport e.g.
