About The ServiceECTARC Alunga is a 44-place service providing early childhood education and care for children from birth to school age in Albion Park Rail.
The service practices the Circle of Security relationships model to develop partnerships with children and families based on mutual trust and respect.
They are committed to quality outcomes for children and advocate for learning through play in an environment where they feel safe, valued and included.
Educators work collaboratively to implement teaching strategies that are responsive to children's learning, development and wellbeing.
About The RoleThis is an opportunity for an experienced and innovative teacher who is looking to develop leadership and management skills to lead a great service.
You will be supported by an experienced Early Childhood Coordinator and a network of Management and Directors.
The director's role is very rewarding.
As the director you will be working with educators, families, local community and a range of external stakeholders to provide optimum education and care outcomes for young children.
