Responsibilities To undertake a range of duties to support fee earners including administrative tasks and elements of managing files to enable fee earners and Partners to maximise billable time.Providing high level administrative support to the Principals/Fee Earners;Assisting with client queries on behalf of Principals/Fee Earners and taking appropriate proactive action;Managing file opening including AML and NBI processes;Preparation of documents and correspondence;Calendar management including scheduling appointments, meetings and diary commitments;Management of Principals/Fee Earners mailbox;Responding to emails, enquiries and telephone messages on behalf of Partner/Fee Earner as appropriate;Electronic filing using iManage Work 10;Coordinating travel arrangements for Principals/Fee Earners;Process expense claims on behalf of Principals/Fee Earners in line with DWF Policy and Procedures;Support Partner/Fee Earner by conducting searches and non-chargeable research as required; What will help you succeed in this role? A minimum of three years' legal secretarial experience within a similar environment.Highly organised with excellent administrative skills.A proactive and flexible approach.Attention to detail - ensuring all work and documents are produced to a high standard.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.Ability to work both autonomously and in a team and ability to manage and prioritise own workload.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to liaise and build relationships with people at all levels.
