$32.20 - $33.99 Gross per hour + Superannuation + Annual Leave

What you need to Succeed
* A genuine understanding of and a desire to work with children aged 0 to 6 years of age.
* A positive outlook and team approach.
* Effective communication skills.
* Certificate III of Early Childhood Education & Care.
* Current HLTAID012 First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis.
* Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and an understanding of how this reflects on daily practice.
* Demonstrated experience working with children and families.
* Experience in assisting in the development and implementation of an educational program.
* Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with all staff.
* Ability to manage risks and identify health and safety issues pertaining to workplace.
