Disability Support Worker. Permanent Part Time - TareeThis Supported Independent Living (SIL) opportunity is supporting a male client with disability in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance.We are looking to fill one permanent part time opportunity approximately 40 to 50 hours per fortnight; you must be available for ALL the following shift times:WEEK 1Tuesday 5pm to 9am (sleepover)Thursday 5pm to 9am (sleepover)Friday 5pm to 9am (sleepover)WEEK 2Monday 4pm to 6pmFriday 5pm to 9am (sleepover)Saturday 5pm to 9am (sleepover)ResponsibilitiesProvide day to day High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) for residents, including medication assistance, personal care such as bathing, shaving and toileting, and provide manual handling mobility assistance by lifting, transferring and hoisting clients.Community access and transportation assistance.Work flexibly on a 24/7 roster. Ability to work sleepover is essential.
