Learn more about Anvelo at www.anvelo.com.au.About the rolePart-time onsite role based in our Sydney office, providing support to the entire team. In this role you will work independently to identify and resolve technical issues and be the main point of contact for all things IT. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and professionally will be key to your success. The work can be done over 3 – 5 days, to a maximum of 24 hours per week. Key responsibilities include:
Primary point of contact for escalated IT support and complex technical issues.
Manage database performance and access for a variety of applications including Primavera P6.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, maintain laptops and software applications.
Provide excellent customer service and support, issue resolution and request fulfilment.
Experience in customer and tech support in a business context.
Manage technology support for employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
Drive continuous service improvement plans in technology-related matters affecting the end-user’s productivity and improving user experience satisfaction.
Ownership for completing, developing, and improving required documentation, such as IT policies and procedures.
Experience and skills needed:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technology field.
Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in a tech support role.
Experience with Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
Experience and knowledge with desktop support and strong troubleshooting skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in developing software applications for business needs.
Ability to work independently and proactively identify potential areas of improvement.
Microsoft Project, website development and WordPress.
Experience in enhancing processes from a time, cost and quality perspective through automation.
Ability to develop tools and applications that are directly related to development of new products to better service the needs of our clients.
