Summary of Position:
Experienced Registered Nurse’s are encouraged to apply and join our aged care team and contribute to exceptional quality clinical care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. You will create tailored care plans, and support residents and their families with compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing patients and forming personalised care plans
* Delivering personalised care to residents
* Precise preparation and administration of medication and treatments
* Careful monitoring of patient well-being and addressing any needs
* Working seamlessly within a multifaceted team to deliver high standards of care
* Accurate maintenance of documentation of patient’s records
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Strong communication and personability
* Excellent clinical knowledge and abilities
* Empathetic and compassionate approaches to all residents and families
* The ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals
* Prior experience is attractive, but not essential
