About the Role:
Looking for a rewarding opportunity close to home? We are seeking skilled and experienced Civil Roller Operators to join our exciting road upgrade project near Paradise Dam. You'll play a key role in the successful delivery of critical infrastructure that will benefit your community for years to come. While your primary responsibility is operating rollers, there will be some occasional labouring duties, giving you variety in your day-to-day work. What You Will Be Doing:
Achieve a great work-life balance with our 10:4 roster, working 11-hour shifts to make the most of your time on-site. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Operating rollers on road construction and infrastructure projects
* Ensuring ground compaction meets project specifications and safety standards
* Assisting with general labour tasks when required
* Collaborating with the civil team to keep the project on track and within deadlines
What You Will Need:
* Roller Ticket (essential)
* White Card (essential)
* Demonstrated experience operating rollers on civil roadworks or infrastructure projects
* A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in with labouring tasks when needed
* A strong focus on safety and attention to detail
* Must be local to the Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, Maryborough, or Biggenden area
