If you are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply!What you'll doSupporting Senior HR Business Partners across all business groups, including interfacing directly with managers and senior leaders.Provide counsel and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations topics such as performance management, grievances and misconduct.Support and manage components of the employee life cycle and talent management processes, including the performance review process, international and domestic transfers, employee development, policy and process interpretation, work health and safety matters and offboarding.Collaborate effectively with the broader learning and development, recruitment, employee experience and payroll teams to ensure a holistic HR approach.Analysing people data and identifying trends to deliver insights to management and recommend actions.Identify opportunities and take action to build or improve processes.Manage a broad range of HR Projects.Be an escalation point for HR coordinator on HR policy and practices.What we're looking forBachelor's degree in HR or a related field (preferred) or equivalent on-the-job experience.Minimum five (5) years of experience as a HR Generalist or related HR specialism (e.g.
