The Responsibilities
* Extensive Diary & Email Management
* Coordinating Team Travel Arrangements
* Liaising with internal & external stakeholders & suppliers
* Produce reports & presentations
* Work on special projects when required
* Ensuring the office is well-maintained & equipped
* Produce Reports & Presentations for the Director
* Management of all involved administrative tasks/processes/systems
Ideal Skills/Experience
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Previous experience as a team or executive assistant in a corporate setting.
* Property retail experience is highly valued.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
