The Opportunity Our Finance team are currently seeking a Mobile Phone Co-ordinator for a Fixed Term Contract position to be based in our SMART Macquarie Park office, NSW.
In this role you will oversee the allocation of new company mobile phones and liaise with vendors to manage service agreements.
This exciting new permanent career opportunity will see you: Maintain accurate records of all mobile devices and vehicles, including registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules Monitor inventory levels of mobile devices, order new supplies as needed and co-ordinate repairs or upgrades Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding mobile phones Provide training and support to staff on mobile device usage and policies, ensuring adherence Support Senior finance leaders with admin tasks as required This opportunity is a Fixed Term Contract until December 2025.
Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in a project management or procurement position Demonstrated analytical reporting, presentation, and IT skills (MS Excel, Tableau) Excellent written and verbal communication skills to drive high performance and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Ability to problem solve and work autonomously Previous data management and record keeping experience highly regarded An eagerness to continue learning and a self-driven approach All applicants must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for Interview.
