Coordinator – Ward Administration Team Joondalup Health Campus are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Coordinator to manage our ward administration team. This is a permanent full-time opportunity. About the Role We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our respected team. You will provide effective management and direction to all Ward Administration staff, ensuring efficient operation of the wards and units and provision of high-level administrative services to the Hospital. About You To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your strong administration skillset, attention to detail and accuracy will be key to this role as will your ability to manage conflicting priorities working in a fast-paced environment. You will also bring: Essential Previous experience in hospital administration processes Ability to provide strong leadership and management to a team. Effective communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required. Strong written and verbal communication skills Planning and organisational skills Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs Experience managing a large team. Desirables Qualifications in a relevant discipline Experience with Meditech or similar patient administration software. Remuneration: On offer is base annual salary ranging from $102,000 – $111,000 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
