More than just providing advice, this role focuses on delivering practical solutions and ensuring effective implementation. By working closely with site teams, it will drive collaboration, enhance safety awareness, and foster a positive safety culture.DutiesImplementing Health and Safety policies and procedures on site, ensuring compliance and keeping updated with key changes to legislationVisiting site and engaging with managers, ensuring responsibilities are clear and answering technical Health and Safety related enquiriesConducting audits, inspections, and accident investigations. Constantly seeking areas for improvement and development in Health and Safety performanceEngaging with the internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contactSkills & ExperienceExperience in a similar role within construction, ideally within residential, mixed-use or high-rise constructionExperience implementing health and safety policies, in line with relevant legislative requirementsExperience working on sites, engaging with internal and external stakeholdersCertIV in Health and Safety, or equivalentExperience establishing and maintaining good working relationships at all levelsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and VisioCultureThis company is highly respected within the industry, and is continually looking to elevate their standards.
