Are you a dedicated Psychologist looking to make a meaningful impact in regional Victoria? What you will be doing:
* Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services.
* Support clients in restoring functional performance to achieve successful outcomes and a smooth return to work.
* Conduct worksite and functional assessments.
* Identify barriers to Return to Work (RTW).
* Assist clients in returning to work or securing new employment, including providing job coaching and implementing workplace modifications.
* Develop tailored rehabilitation programs that facilitate the reintegration of injured employees into the workplace.
* Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, offering viable solutions and recommendations for clients.

* Competitive salary: Above market rates, ranging from $75,000 to $120,000 + Super (based on experience).
