Because if our customers deserve outstanding care then so do you About The Role The Corporate Partnership Manager is primarily responsible for the management, development and growth of existing and new corporate accounts across the Corporate & International Health Insurance space. This role is responsible to deliver annual revenue targets by establishing sustainable business to business partnerships with a portfolio of key clients. The role will include all aspects of account management, including working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement annual customer growth plans to deliver performance targets. Based in Melbourne or South Australia, travel locally and interstate will be required. Drivers licence essential. Some key accountabilities will include: Delivering upon agreed performance targets including revenue/new to fund growth, client retention, gross margin and customer/client experience Internal & External stakeholder relationship management Work with State Managers and Store Leaders to effectively target re engagement clients that can be factored into retail catchment plans to drive ongoing growth Be an advocate across retail teams by connecting them to your client base and opportunities by providing regular updates to enable the retail teams to be successful in conversion of corporate activity Showcasing effective interaction with clients to build capability in retail teams Meeting required client service level expectations and driving compliance Developing business plans to identify opportunities and growth plan to deliver portfolio performance targets Developing and executing customer growth plans including annual activity plans and annual review for all clients Regularly reviewing performance of client partnership, including identifying opportunities, risks and obstacles Staying abreast of market business intelligence including industry trends Ensure prompt and effective resolution of any customer or client issues. You may also carry out any other duties reasonably requested by Bupa from time to time.
