Description 3+ years' of experience as an Agile Business Analyst within the Digital environment building mobile app solutions, ideally in the travel industry Flexible and able to adapt to new ways of working Work according to agile methodologies, and you will be driving requirements for app Strong understanding and use of modern digital frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centred design, process mapping, flow charting, acceptance testing and others Proven track record in communicating requirements both verbally and through user stories, with logical and clear acceptance criteria, that are easily understood by developers, testers and stakeholders Robust stakeholder engagement and management skills (day-to-day interpersonal, structured workshops, etc.) Comfortable facilitating workshops, presenting at showcases, leading customer journey walkthroughs and quality reviews with stakeholders of varying seniority Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and is proactive with initiative and a bias for the customer and how our consultants can best serve them #J-18808-Ljbffr
