About the Role
Do you love variety and interacting with others? We have two part time opportunities for customer oriented receptionists for our concierge desk. Excellent customer service skills are essential as this role is the first point of contact within the hospital for our visitors and prospective patients, and staff.
You will have experience in reception, customer service or other ‘front of house’ roles demonstrating your adaptability and a ‘can do’ attitude. Prior experience in a hospital or other health setting would be beneficial, however your capacity to effectively manage a busy area and provide a positive first impression to those visiting the hospital is key.
This role will be shared between three rotating team members from Monday to Sunday between the hours of 9:30am - 6:30pm.
