Key Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the delivery of safe, quality care Liaise with Nurse Unit Managers to support departmental operations Ensure appropriate staffing levels and cost efficiency Manage patient admissions and hospital resources Promote and support quality improvement initiatives Maintain the safety of staff, patients, and visitors Selection Criteria Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA National Crime Check within the past 12 months Current Working with Children's Check Recent management experience at the Nurse Unit Manager or Hospital Coordinator level Strong coordination and staff allocation skills High degree of computer literacy, including MS Office Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Leadership skills, including mentoring and coaching Post-graduate qualification in management (or working towards) Must have full working rights for Australia (i.e. Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia/New Zealand, or a current, valid visa with no restrictions).
