Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has opened for a Locksmiths, Security Electronics Service Manager to lead a team of 10 at Newcastle Locksmiths & Security.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role involves a mix of field visits, customer engagement, and office-based leadership.
This position has unlimited potential and will suit a "hands-on" type manager who is prepared to lead from the front, be involved in all aspects of the branch and capitalize on the opportunities presented by this expanding market.
This pivotal role involves managing our service and installation teams, expanding our customer base, and enhancing our service delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations.
The Service Manager will lead a team of experienced Service Locksmiths/Security Technicians, liaise with clients, manage service agreements, and have a strong work ethic with a focus on safety, a track record of effective team leadership, and a proactive approach to customer relationship management.
Applicants must be fully qualified locksmiths with a minimum of 10 years on-road experience. Location: Georgetown (Newcastle) NSW

Responsibilities: Manage a team of 10 field technicians in the Newcastle area and surrounding growth areas around NSW.Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.Drive financial performance and ensure effective resource allocation.Conduct regular field visits and weekly toolbox meetings with technicians.Build strong relationships with key commercial clients.What We're Looking For: Past experience as a Locksmiths Service Manager or senior locksmith with scheduling experience.Proven experience managing field technicians.Leadership skills to drive team performance.Qualified Locksmith.Strong financial management skills, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.Microsoft Office and Simpro Field Service Management Software (advantage).Understanding of Electronic Security Solutions (advantage).Driver's License.NSW Security License.White Card.To be eligible, you must submit a cover letter outlining your skills and experience in line with the role and a current resume.
