The opportunity
Knox Private Hospital is seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care is provided. The Delamere a 30 bed short stay surgical ward, with a diversity of specialities including but not limited to gynaecological, general surgical and plastics.

Work is now complete on a major expansion of Knox Private Hospital that will help us continue to meet the growing demand for quality health care across Melbourne's east. The new multi-million-dollar expansion will help Knox Private deliver an expanded and enhanced service offering for our patients and will further cement our reputation as a world-class healthcare facility.
What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
· Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care under the direction and supervision (either indirect or direct) of the RN
· Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
· Act as a role model for Safe Practice
· Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy
· Have demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development
About you:
· Authority to Work in Australia
· Working with Children check
· Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA
· Previous experience working as an Enrolled Nurse in a Hospital environment is essential
· Ability to work a rotational 24/7 roster including nights and weekends
· Commitment to Quality Patient Care
· Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
Salary and benefits
· $33.30 to $35.40 per hour based on years of experience against the "Healthscope Victoria - Nurses' and Midwives' Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025"
