The role is responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth and as such you will be a results-driven hunter that knows how to maintain, build and nurture a highly profitable portfolio and uncover opportunities to achieve monthly and annual revenue, profit & volume plans across all targeted markets and product categories.Key Responsibilities:Drive & manage sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities and potential revenue streams.Drive revenue growth to meet and exceed agreed-upon targets on a monthly and annual basis.Identify and develop key relationships with customers, stakeholders and influencers, and strategic execution of the business plan.Establish relationships with industry stakeholders and establish yourself as an industry client solution partner.Increase engagement across Major Projects and Tier 1 customers across Southeastern Queensland.Ultimately take ownership for sales for your equipment portfolio within the assigned region.Attend industry events and trade exhibitions as set out in the strategic plan.Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate quotes and advice on hire and sales solutions.Contribute towards the achievement of the Company's strategic and operational targets and overall business objectives.About YouWe are looking for someone with a hunter's mentality who understands the importance of being in the market and in front of customers.
