The Role:
22. Dependent on your experience, you will have the option of working in a specialist industry sector or managing a diverse portfolio of clients from a range of industries
23. Provide supervision and coaching to a team of less experience members of staff whilst onsite at a client’s premises and in the office.
24. Agree audit timetables, briefing the audit team (including other specialists)
25. Monitor budgets and supervise the audit process. This will include planning and carrying out audit fieldwork, statutory reporting and project management.
26. Keep managers and partners up to date with progress throughout the course of the assignment.
27. Prepare reports for senior management and audit committees.
28. Act as the key point of contact on-site at client premises
29. Identify sales opportunities within your client base.
Requirements:
30. 3+ years of external audit experience gained in a reputable CA Firm
31. A professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA etc)
32. Must have worked in a major Western market such as UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, South Africa or Europe (Hong Kong & Singapore also suitable)
33. Experience with a Mixed Sector client base or a specialised area
34. A native English speaker or experience in working in an English speaking environment
35. Must have experience of IFRS
