Embark on a fulfilling journey where you can explore stunning landscapes while conducting essential tests and generating insightful reports as a Non-Invasive Testing Services Technician in our Asset Operations & Services group. As a technician, you will be responsible for delivering in-service condition assessments of various electrical assets within the high voltage environment using non-invasive techniques. Your role will involve traveling across Victoria and conducting tests using methods such as thermal, ultraviolet (Corona), ultrasonic, radio frequency, and aerial patrols. This role is based in Yarraville, Victoria with regular travel across our network and is part of the HV Testing Services Team. This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to: Perform Non-Invasive testing on overhead lines and electrical assets Detailed reporting in a timely manner Time management and works planning Communicating with clients to ensure reasonable needs are met Great calm and focused driving abilities, able to navigate in stressful road environments such as, surveying in high flow traffic areas in a slow surveying mode.
